The Premier League weekend was packed with action and drama as Liverpool maintained their six-point lead at the top, Manchester United secured a crucial victory, and questions arose over Ange Postecoglou’s future at Tottenham Hotspur.

Postecoglou Under Pressure as Spurs Lose to Leicester  

Tottenham’s 2-1 defeat to Leicester City has sparked speculation over manager Ange Postecoglou’s future. Spurs’ performance lacked intensity, and the result leaves the team sliding further down the table after a promising start to the season. Referee Abuse Investigation  

The weekend was marred by an incident involving referee Michael Oliver, who was subjected to abuse following a controversial Red-Card decision against Arsenal during their Premier League encounter against Wolves. Police have launched an investigation, with the Premier League and PGMOL reiterating their zero-tolerance stance on harassment of match officials.

As the January transfer window enters its final week, clubs are scrambling to complete deals. Speculation continues around high-profile moves, with Manchester United and Chelsea among those expected to be active before the deadline.
