Roberto Calenda, the agent of Victor Osimhen, has admonished Mamuka Jugeli, the representative of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, for making what he deems as inappropriate comments about other players’ futures.

Calenda stressed the importance of respecting the work of fellow professionals and cautioned against engaging in speculative discussions about players’ destinies.

Calenda expressed concern that such statements could lead to misunderstandings and problems, fostering unfortunate predictions that may harm the players involved. He specifically criticized Jugeli’s alleged remarks as “bad, superficial, and unacceptable,” highlighting the negative impact such words can have on Osimhen’s relationship with Napoli fans without any factual basis.

The agent vehemently defended Osimhen, emphasizing that the striker’s sole focus, following a recent contract renewal, is to contribute to Napoli’s success. Calenda dismissed any speculative discussions about Osimhen’s future as baseless, asserting that, aside from the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations, the player is dedicated to helping Napoli achieve their goals.

Calenda urged all involved parties to exercise discretion and refrain from making unwarranted comments that could potentially create unnecessary tension and complications in the world of football.
