Ligue 1 club, OGC Nice are now firm favourites to sign Terem Moffi from Lorient after increasing their bid for the striker.

According to a report in Ouest-France, Nice has submitted a bid worth €20m to Lorient.

The Eagles offered to pay €17m upfront and add-ons of €3m.

Nice has already agreed on personal terms with the 23-year-old and is awaiting Lorient’s response to their proposal.

Premier League club, West Ham United are also keen on signing Moffi but he is not willing to move to England at the moment.

The Nigeria international arrived in Lorient from Belgian Pro League outfit, Kortjrik in 2020.

He has scored 12 goals in 18 league appearances for Lorient this season.
