Nigerian Singer Okoro Uwale Opens Up About Body Image Struggles

Nigerian singer Okoro Uwale has opened up about the challenges she has faced due to her body structure.

In a recent interview with Chude Jideonwo on the YouTube channel “With Chude”, Okoro Uwale shared her struggles with body image and how she has learned to overcome them.

She revealed that there are times when she feels unhappy with her body and even questions God about her creation. Okoro Uwale confessed to body-shaming herself and comparing her appearance to others. However, she has since found a way to break free from these negative thoughts.

As she reflected on her journey, Okoro Uwale said, “Sometimes I body shame myself and ask God why I was created due to my body structure. When I compare myself to others and I don’t look the same like them, and I created a way of hiding myself from people, but as time goes on, I found a way to get myself out of the situation because I started believing in myself.”





Okoro Uwale’s candid discussion highlights the importance of self-acceptance and self-love. By sharing her story, she hopes to inspire others who may be struggling with similar issues.
