MultiChoice Group has appointed Kemi Omotosho from Nigeria as the Regional Director overseeing its operations in Southern Africa. This promotion underscores the company’s commitment to providing equal career growth opportunities across its diverse markets.

John Ugbe, the Chief Executive Officer of MultiChoice West Africa, emphasized the inclusive nature of the company’s workplace, noting that Omotosho’s elevation reflects the organization’s dedication to fostering diversity and meritocracy.

Omotosho’s journey within MultiChoice began in 2014 when she joined as the Head of Retention for MultiChoice Nigeria. Over the years, she demonstrated exceptional leadership, progressing to roles of increasing responsibility, including Executive Head of Customer Value Management and ultimately Group Executive Head of Customer Value Management for Africa.

Her expertise in customer value management has been instrumental in driving subscriber growth and retention, contributing significantly to the company’s strategic objectives. Notable achievements include spearheading the “Step Up Campaign” and leading the FIFA 2023 World Cup customer value management strategies.
