Vice-President Kashim Shettima To Embark On 2-Day Visit To Sweden For Bilateral Engagements.

In a move aimed at strengthening Nigeria’s international relations, Vice-President Kashim Shettima will depart Abuja for Sweden on a two-day official visit. During this trip, Shettima is expected to represent Nigeria in key bilateral discussions focused on fostering closer ties between both nations.

This visit comes at a crucial time as Nigeria seeks to bolster its global partnerships, particularly in areas such as trade, technology, and sustainable development. The bilateral engagements will likely explore opportunities for collaboration that could benefit Nigeria’s economic growth and technological advancement.

Meanwhile, President Bola Tinubu, who currently is on leave is yet to return from a two-week working vacation in the United Kingdom, and questions are being asked by Nigerians on who in Abuja will be overseeing the nation’s affairs.

Shettima’s visit is expected to enhance diplomatic relations and drive mutual benefits for both Nigeria and Sweden, reflecting the government’s ongoing commitment to international cooperation and economic development.
