Former Arsenal Star Tomáš Rosický On Road To Recovery After Heart Scare.

Former Arsenal midfielder Tomáš Rosický is expected to make a full recovery following a health scare that saw him admitted to intensive care last Tuesday due to heart-related issues. The 44-year-old, currently serving as sporting director at Sparta Prague, was rushed to hospital in Prague but has since been discharged and is now recovering at home.

In a statement released by Sparta Prague, the club confirmed that Rosický’s hospitalisation did not require surgical intervention, and his condition is now stable. “Our sporting director, Tomáš Rosický, was unexpectedly hospitalised in the intensive care unit last Tuesday due to heart-related issues,” the club said. “Tomáš remains in contact with the club and will continue to support us in a consultative role.”

Rosický, a beloved figure among Arsenal fans for his decade-long stint with the Gunners, has been praised for his contributions both on and off the pitch. Since retiring from professional football in 2017, he has made significant strides as Sparta Prague’s sporting director, a role he has held since 2018. His recent health scare has prompted an outpouring of support from fans and the football community alike, with many wishing the Czech icon a swift recovery.

Reflecting on the incident, Rosický acknowledged the wake-up call, stating, “The situation has shown me that I need to take better care of myself.” Despite his health challenges, he remains committed to his role at Sparta Prague, working alongside colleagues to ensure the club’s continued progress. The football world has rallied around Rosický, with messages of support flooding in.

Rosický’s resilience and positive outlook have endeared him to fans worldwide. As he continues his recovery, the football community joins in wishing him a speedy return to full health.
