5 Refreshing Drink To Have In These Heat  Period

With the heat squeezing off every ounce of water in the body, this often leaves you reaching out for water as well as carbonated drinks.

However, if you thirst for something other than carbonated drinks and would love fresh drinks rich in vitamins to keep you refreshed, here are some recipes for refreshing drinks to keep you nourished and hydrated. The ingredient for this is as simple as it gets, you’d need fresh lemons and strawberries.

Ingredients 

  • Sliced lemons
  • 15 ounces of frozen strawberries)
  • Quarter cup lemon juice 

To prepare this refreshing drink, put together the quarter cup of lemon juice and the frozen lemon together in a blender. Proceed with blending until smooth. Now serve in a cup and garnish with fresh mint and a slice of lemon.

Ingredients 

  • Watermelon
  • Ginger
  • Quarter cup lemon juice 

The preparation process entails cutting up the water melon and removing the seeds. Put all in a blender with ginger and lemon juice.





Ingredients 

  • Cucumber 
  • Lemon and lime juice 
  • Ginger (Optional)

Put the chopped up cucumber in a blender with the lemon and lime juice and ginger. Blend together, the mixture will be thick and can be filtered, serve as preferred. 

Ingredients 

  • oranges 
  • Pineapple
  • Lemon
  • Ginger(optional)

Squeeze your orange juice and lemon juice, chop up the pineapple, and blend with the ginger . Sieve the pineapple juice together with the lemon juice.

Ingredients 

  • Mangoes  
  • Quarter cup of lemon
  • Orange juice

Chop up the mangoes and put in a blender, add the already squeezed  lemon and orange juice and blend in the blender till smooth.
