Nigerian singer Joeboy has shared a touching story of his childhood experience of getting kicked out of school due to unpaid fees.

During a podcast appearance, Joeboy opened up about the painful memories of being embarrassed in front of his peers.

He recounted a particular incident where his classmates would chant his name whenever the school staff came to call out defaulters. This experience left a lasting impact on Joeboy, and he eventually told his parents he refused to attend that school again.

However, Joeboy has turned his negative experience into a positive force. He revealed that his past struggles inspired him to start a foundation that helps pay school fees for kids who cannot afford them.

Joeboy’s emotional story has resonated with many social media users, who have shared mixed reactions online.
