Fatima Kyari, Daughter Of NNPC GCEO, Passes Away At 25.

Fatima Kyari, the daughter of Mele Kyari, the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited, tragically passed away on Friday at the age of 25. The news has brought widespread sorrow across the country.

 

Vice-President Kashim Shettima led other mourners in attending the funeral prayers for the late Fatima, held at the Annur Mosque in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital. The Vice-President offered condolences to the Kyari family, acknowledging the profound loss.





 

In a statement, Shettima expressed his deep sympathy for the family, praying for the peaceful repose of Fatima’s soul. “Vice President Kashim Shettima has condoled with the family of the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, Malam Mele Kyari, over the loss of his daughter, Fatima Kyari,” the statement read. Shettima also prayed for strength for the family, particularly in light of the tragic loss of a young life in her prime.

 

The untimely death of Fatima Kyari has prompted an outpouring of support and prayers for the Kyari family during this difficult time.
