NPFL reschedule game involving Sporting Lagos and Rivers United (Govima Sport Reports)

NPFL match between Sporting Lagos and Rivers United which was earlier bid to hold today has now been postponed.

The rescheduled outstanding game of matchday 13 has now once again be shifted to a later date that will be announced subsequently.

According to what we gathered, the management of the league took the initiative to postpone the game due to the Super Eagles of Nigeria Africa Cup of Nations semi-final match against South Africa in Cote d’Ivoire later today. Just to rally support from every possible means.

Bafana Bafana will come up against three-time champions, the Super Eagles of Nigeria at the Stade de la Paix, Bouake, an encounter slated to kick start  6pm, Nigeria time.
