The bills included the establishment of a health science and technology college, providing for the retirement of teachers, establishing roads fund management board, and allowing the peaceful celebration of cultural festivals.

According to him, the bills aimed to advance cultural development, maintain peace and security, and manage the development of roads in Kogi State.

The signing ceremony, according to the statement, took place at the Government House in Lokoja and was attended by dignitaries, including the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, the Attorney General, and the Secretary to the Kogi State Government.
